We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential construction projects. Responsibilities include schedule management, sub coordination, daily client communication, change orders, and project close-out.
Requirements:
- 5+ years construction project management experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Smartsheet, QuickBooks, or similar tools
- Valid CA driver's license
